Rooted Wom{b}an is an evening for the senses. A retreat for the woman who is burnt out, depleted, and running on empty… to return to the body, to return to the womb, to return to Mother Earth.

All supplies are provided for you but you may choose to bring an eye mask, journal/pen, and/or a favorite blanket if you’d like. We recommend dressing in layers as your body temperature may change throughout the event.

What is Breathwork? 

Breathwork is a somatic healing practice that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to help you access deeper parts of your subconscious mind, nervous system, and body. It creates space for unprocessed emotion, ancestral or generational patterns, and stuck energy to release so you can reconnect with your voice, your clarity, and your presence.

This practice is potent: it expands you capacity to feel, helps the the mind expand beyond self-limiting beliefs, and your whole system step into greater capacity, integration, and embodied joy.

No experience is necessary to join - all levels of breathers are welcome.
