Breathwork is a somatic healing modality that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to guide you into an altered state of consciousness that overrides the brain's executive functioning (logical/reasoning) and allows you to drop into the subconscious (where emotions & memory reside), giving the body space to release stuck energies, unprocessed emotion, and generational wounding, and giving you the opportunity to rewire the mind and push past self-limiting beliefs.

Breathwork healing groups are a beautiful way to be held in community - both in-person and virtually. We don’t have to go on this journey alone. Feel the collective support in this sacred space as you’re guided through the practice. Beginners always welcome - no prior experience needed to join.

A Breathwork Healing Session is a somatic healing modality that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to move you out of the mind and into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, allowing the body to release blocks, stress, and unexpressed emotions. We begin with an exploration of what needs attention and healing in your life. Then you’re guided through the breathwork practice for about 25-35 minutes, followed by a rest period.
