We are not separate. What affects one nervous system affects the whole.

We are living in uncertain, heavy, and rapidly changing times. Many of us are carrying fear, grief, anger, exhaustion, and a constant sense of bracing for what’s next. Even when we aren’t consciously thinking about it, our bodies feel it.

Holding Humanity is a somatic breathwork healing circle devoted to remembering our shared humanity… beyond borders, beliefs, or identities and created as a place to process, shed, and soften what we’ve been carrying individually and collectively. This is a space to come back into your body, your breath, and your humanity. A space to soften, grieve, release, and reconnect.

This collective healing experience invites you to tend to your inner world, not as an escape from what’s happening, but as a way to metabolize it so it doesn’t harden or overwhelm your nervous system.

Through somatic breathwork, you’ll be supported to:

  • Release stored stress, fear, and emotional weight held in the body

  • Gently process collective grief, overwhelm, and uncertainty

  • Shift subconscious survival patterns that keep you in fight, flight, or freeze

  • Reconnect with your inner knowing and embodied wisdom

  • Contribute to collective healing by tending to your own nervous system

Whether you’re feeling anxious, numb, heartbroken, or simply worn down, you are welcome here.

What Is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is a body-based healing modality that uses an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to guide you into an altered state of consciousness. This state quiets the analytical mind and allows access to the subconscious where emotions, memory, and stored experiences live.

From this place, the body is given space to safely release unprocessed emotions, chronic stress, and protective patterns shaped by personal and collective experience. The intention is not to “fix” anything, but to allow the body to discharge what it can no longer hold, creating space for clarity, presence, and resilience.

No prior experience is necessary. You will be guided step-by-step through the breath, supported throughout the journey, and held in a grounded closing space for integration and optional sharing.

This Breathwork Circle Is for You If…

  • You’re feeling the weight of current events in your body or nervous system

  • You need a place to process emotions you haven’t had space to feel

  • You’re ready to release patterns or pain that no longer need to be carried

  • You’ve done cognitive or talk-based work, but your body is asking for something deeper

  • You believe tending to yourself is part of caring for the collective

  • You’re craving a space where you can be held, witnessed, and supported

  • You want to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your shared humanity

This circle is not about bypassing reality or forcing positivity.
It’s about meeting these times with presence, compassion, and embodied care together.
